推进教育数智化转型 办好百姓身边的大学
于干千;如何推进“一个跨越”“三个定位”“开创发展新局面”,将习近平总书记为云南擘画的美好蓝图转化为现实,是新时代新征程上云南教育高质量发展需要深入思考和解决的重大命题。为此,开放大学要以“推进教育数智化转型办好百姓身边的大学”的发展定位,以教育数智化带动教育模式创新,重构教育的运行逻辑与组织形态,助力产业转型升级发展;构建泛在可及的终身教育体系,助力边疆民族团结稳固;实施“教育出海”行动,推进教育高水平对外开放,助力面向南亚东南亚辐射中心建设。
拓展马尔代夫的数字教育:对数字转型及国际合作的见解(英文)
艾莎特·谢纳兹·亚当;This article explores the transformative role of digital education in overcoming geographic and systemic challenges in the Maldives, an archipelagic nation facing unique educational constraints. Leveraging digital tools offers a critical solution to bridge these barriers and ensure accessible,quality education across the islands. The Maldives National University(MNU) has undertaken initiatives to expand digital education offerings, accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic to facilitate online learning across the Maldives. Drawing on MNU's 2021 study, “The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Higher Education Sector of Maldives: Responses and Challenges,” this paper examines challenges such as infrastructure limitations, digital literacy gaps, and student engagement, alongside MNU' s strategies to address these issues. This article also highlights MNU's ongoing research initiatives, including participation in the EU Erasmus project DIGITAsia and a completed e-learning project with the EU, and discusses the value of international collaboration in advancing digital education. Furthermore, it outlines current government initiatives aimed at enhancing digital literacy among citizens. Future directions are discussed,including the integration of adaptive technologies to further personalize learning and prepare students for the demands of a global digital economy.
数字教育在保护和推动高等教育领域柬埔寨文化的角色(英文)
春昌丹 ;科尔森·哈克 ;沃克·索万纳罗特;This research examines the use of digital learning to preserve and promote Cambodian culture in universities. As benefits and challenges of globalization and modernization abound, digital learning along with the quickening pace of social advancement provides new opportunities for students and faculty to sustain cultural heritage, enhance student engagement, and create inclusive education. This study explores two questions: 1) how does foreign culture appear in Cambodian English textbooks and 2) how might digital learning be used to co-decolonize in a way creates gender and cultural inclusivity? The study adopts an analysis-by-synthesis method and dissects and synthesizes the various components—technology infrastructure,faculty preparedness, student engagement, and cultural content—how they interacted with one another, and how they interacted with each representative group of stakeholders. The results indicate that digital tools provide an opportunity for both higher cultural awareness and accurate representation, and gender equity.Challenges exist in accessibility to the technology infrastructure and the authentic cultural content in the digital space. The study concludes with a discussion of how to scale faculty professional development,expand the curriculum, and collaborate regionally in interoperable scaffolding in order preserve Cambodia's cultural identity in the quickly evolving landscape of education.
数智化背景下开放大学老年教育高质量发展路径研究
章琼;李凤霞;中国已经进入老龄社会阶段,数字化整体转型正带动生产方式、生活方式、治理方式的变革。数智化背景下老年教育能帮助老年人更好地克服“数字鸿沟”,增长知识、拓展能力、融入社会、服务社会,提升生活生命质量,促进老年人自由而全面发展。研究分析数智化背景下老年教育面临的挑战和机遇,发现开放大学在老年教育中的独特优势,“大学+平台+体系”的特征使得开放大学开展老年教育成为历史必然,应从学科体系建设、平台数字化转型、完善组织建设、社会积极参与、示范宣传推广等路径推动老年教育高质量发展。
新时代老年职业教育发展研究
张红兵;在人口老龄化深度发展和人口红利逐渐弱化的背景下,如何开发和利用低龄老年人力资源,充分发挥老年人口红利优势,已成为社会关注的热点问题。发展老年职业教育,有利于深度挖掘老年人力资源,促进劳动力供给的可持续发展。当前我国老年职业教育发展存在政策和法律建设滞后、老年职业教育体系建设不完善、老年职业教育与市场需求不衔接、老年职业教育发展的社会支撑环境不完善等发展困境,需要从完善老年职业教育法律法规、构建老年职业教育体系、推动适老产业和老年职业教育高质量发展、创新老年职业教育模式、促进老年职业教育学习成果认证和融通等方面进行积极推动,促进老年职业教育高质量发展。
