社区教育是推动城市更新可持续发展的重要抓手,但其在不同更新类型下的功能定位与运行逻辑亟待系统性研究。城市更新和社区教育的联系在于以解决民生问题为出发点、以价值理性和工具理性的统一为实践方向、以培育社区意识和公共精神为愿景。解释老旧小区改造、棚户区重建、居住性历史街区更新三种城市更新类型下的社区教育功能差异,归纳其运行逻辑以帮助居民社会融合与适应,推动居民参与改造,促进社区文化传承。城市更新赋予社区教育新的发展机遇和挑战,应关注长期效益和可持续发展,为城市更新中社区教育精准施策提供参考。
Abstract:Community education is an important lever for promoting sustainable development in urban renewal, and its functional positioning and operational logic under different types of renewal urgently need systematic research. The connection between urban renewal and community education lies in addressing people's livelihood issues as the starting point, unifying value rationality and instrumental rationality as the practical direction, and cultivating community awareness and public spirit as the vision. The study elaborates on the function of community education in three types of urban renewal: renovation of old residential areas, reconstruction of shantytowns, and renewal of residential historical districts, and concludes that the operational logic is to help residents integrate and adapt socially, promote their participation in the renovation, and facilitate the inheritance of community culture. Urban renewal offers new opportunities and challenges for community education. Community education should focus on long-term benefits and sustainable development. This article provides advice for the precise implementation of community education in urban renewal.
