在科技迅猛发展与社会老龄化进程加快的背景下,推进老年教育数字化已成为实现积极老龄化目标与促进教育现代化的重要举措。作为构建终身教育体系的关键力量,云南开放大学充分发挥其信息技术优势与覆盖全省城乡的开放办学体系,积极探索老年教育数字化的创新实践。学校依托数字化平台,构建线上线下相融合的教学模式,提供多样化课程与灵活的学习形式,累计服务老年学习者近40万人次。然而,伴随数字化转型的深入推进与老年群体学习需求的持续升级,当前老年教育数字化仍面临资源整合和协同不足、平台适老化优化不够、复合型人才支撑薄弱、国际交流合作有待加强等诸多挑战。为此,需通过搭建跨部门协同联动机制、推进适老化技术创新升级、健全多元支撑体系、深化国际交流合作等路径,破解发展瓶颈,为打造全纳、智能、可持续的老年教育新生态提供坚实支撑,亦为我国老年教育数字化发展贡献理论智慧与实践经验。
Abstract:Under the background of rapid technological advancement and an accelerating societal aging process, promoting the digitalization of elderly education has become a crucial measure for achieving the goal of active aging and advancing educational modernization. As a key force in building a lifelong education system, Yunnan Open University has actively explored innovative practices in the digitalization of elderly education by leveraging its strengths in information technology and its open education system covering both urban and rural areas across the province. Relying on digital platforms, the university has developed a blended online and offline teaching model, offering diverse courses and flexible learning formats, cumulatively serving nearly 400,000 elderly learners. However, with the deepening of digital transformation and the continuous escalation of learning demands among the elderly population, the current digitalization of elderly education still faces numerous challenges, including insufficient resource integration and collaboration, inadequate age-friendly optimization of platforms, weak support from interdisciplinary talent, and a need for strengthened international exchanges and cooperation. Addressing these bottlenecks needs to establish cross-departmental collaborative mechanisms, promote technological innovation and upgrades for age-friendliness, improve a diversified support system, and deepen international exchanges and cooperation. These pathways will provide solid support for creating an inclusive, intelligent, and sustainable new ecosystem for elderly education, while also contributing theoretical insights and practical experience to the digital development of elderly education in China.
