开放大学国际化面临教育理念与战略定位的冲突、本土文化与国际化教育的融合困境、国际化评价体系的局限性、国际竞争与地缘政治的影响等问题。要从教育理念与战略定位调整、本土文化与教育融合、评价体系优化、积极应对国际竞争与地缘政治等方面来探索开放大学国际化发展的路径，以期丰富高等教育国际化理论，完善开放教育体系，推动远程教育与国际教育标准的接轨，提升开放大学在全球教育领域的影响力和竞争力。
Abstract：The internationalization of Open Universities faces challenges including the conflict between educational philosophies and strategic positioning, the dilemma of integrating local culture with international education, the limitations of international evaluation systems, and the impact of international competition and geopolitical factors. This study explores the development pathways for the internationalization of Open Universities in the context of globalization, aiming to enrich the theory of internationalization of higher education, improve open education systems, promote the alignment of distance education with international educational standards, and enhance the global influence and competitiveness of open universities.
