聚焦新时代高校党建工作数字化转型需求，在解析上级政策指标的基础上，建立党建考核评价指标库，根据评价指标的类型及考核评价方式，构建“党建考核评价体系”框架模型。基于对大数据的功能分析，搭建“党建考核评价体系”线上平台，实现对基层党组织党建工作的过程性管理评价，有效实现基层减负，建立科学、公平、动态、操作性强的高校智慧党建评价系统。

A repository of Party building evaluation indicators are established to focus on the digital transformation needs of university Party building in the new era by analyzing higher-level policy requirements. A framework model for the "Party Building Evaluation System" is constructed based on the types of evaluation indicators and assessment methods. Through functional analysis of big data, an online platform for the "Party Building Evaluation System" is developed to achieve process management and evaluation of Party building work at the grassroots level, effectively reducing the burden on grassroots units and establishes a scientific, fair, dynamic, and practical smart Party building evaluation system for universities.
