中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根与魂,蕴含着深厚的道德底蕴、内省的精神追求及知行合一的实践智慧,可为开放大学教师师德养成提供丰厚的精神滋养。当下,开放大学教师正面临着从“师德他律”迈向“师德自律”的转变,肩负着落实立德树人根本任务的重任,更承担着传承中华优秀传统文化的历史责任。这些现实需求,要求开放大学进一步挖掘传统文化的育人精髓,将其全方位、深层次地融入教师师德养成的每一个环节。为此,可通过顶层设计、文化浸润、氛围营造、数字赋能以及实践转化等多元路径,积极探索传统文化涵养师德师风的新路径、新模式。

China's excellent traditional culture is the root and soul of the Chinese nation. The culture contains profound moral heritage, introspective spiritual pursuit and practical wisdom of the integration of knowledge and action, providing rich spiritual nourishment for the moral cultivation of teachers of Open University. At present, the teachers of Open University are facing the transformation from "teacher morality and other law" to "teacher morality and self-discipline", shouldering the heavy responsibility of implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality, and bearing the historical responsibility of inheriting China's excellent traditional culture. These practical needs urgently require Open University to further explore the essence of traditional culture and integrate it into every link of teachers' moral cultivation in an all-round and deep way. The new paths and new models of traditional culture to cultivate the morality of teachers through multiple paths such as top-level design, cultural infiltration, atmosphere creation, digital empowerment and practical transformation can be studied to the end.
