新时代背景下，数智技术的赋能已成为推动社区教育高质量发展的主要动力，使社区教育的教学场景、教学手段、教学方式、教学资源更为开放化、灵活化、多元化、个性化。我国社区教育数智化发展仍处于初级阶段，需要以加大政策保障力度、完善资源分配机制、突破数据信息安全困境、强化主体角色功能等为切入点，应对数智技术在赋能社区教育时所产生的发展内生动力不足、区域发展不均衡、数据信息安全、主体角色及功能弱化等困境，从而推动社区教育获得整体性发展，为建设全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型国家奉献力量。

In the new era, digital-intelligence technology empowerment has become the main driving force for the high-quality development of community education, making the teaching environment,methods, approaches, and resources of community education more open, flexible, diversified, and personalized. Currently, China's community education digital-intelligence development is still at the early stage.Promoting the overall development requires to increase policy support, improve resource allocation mechanisms, overcome data security challenges, and enhance the functions of key stakeholders. These measures aim to address the issues of insufficient internal developmental impetus, regional imbalance,data insecurity, and weakened stakeholder functions caused by digital-intelligence technology in community education. This will contribute to build a learning-oriented society and nation with lifelong learning for all.
