生成式人工智能技术的迅速发展为教育领域的变革带来了新的机遇,生成式人工智能与教育深度融合、共同发展已成为时代主流。基于教师在生成式人工智能时代背景下为提升自身专业发展所应持有的人机协同、终身学习、技术整合、学生中心等的立场进行了深入探讨,梳理高职教师专业发展与生成式人工智能缺乏深度耦合而在培养制度、技术门槛与应用、教师角色、教师内生动力等方面所遇到的挑战。结合生成式人工智能时代高职教师专业发展应有立场与所遇挑战,提出完善和构建智能时代高职教师专业发展培育机制、理论与实践融合机制、一体化发展机制、价值引领机制等多条路径,以期敦促生成式人工智能与高职教师专业发展相融相生。
Abstract:The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities for the change in the education field, and the in-depth integration of generative artificial intelligence and education and common development has become the mainstream of the times. The teacher's stance of human-computer collaboration, lifelong learning, technology integration, and studentcenteredness is discussed in detail to improve their professional development in the context of generative artificial intelligence era. Then, the challenges encountered in the cultivation system, technological threshold and application, teachers' roles, and teachers' endogenous motivation due to the lack of in-depth coupling between the professional development of higher vocational teachers and generative AI are summarized. Finally, combining the position of professional development of higher vocational teachers in the era of generative artificial intelligence and the challenges encountered, the suggestions are proposed to improve and construct a number of paths including the cultivation mechanism of professional development of higher vocational teachers in the era of intelligence, the fusion mechanism of theory and practice, the integrated development mechanism, and the value-led mechanism, with a view to urging the integration of generative artificial intelligence and the professional development of higher vocational teachers.
