汉字教学是对外汉语教学中的一个难点和重点,但相当一段时间内都没有得到汉语学习者和研究者的重视,结果造成汉语学习者听、说、读、写能力的极度不平衡。随着对外汉语教学的蓬勃发展,汉字教学应该得到应有的重视和发展。特别是应通过分析造成外国学生学写汉字难的原因,从中能找到改善汉字教学的一些途径。

Chinese character teaching is a difficult and key point in teaching Chinese as a Second Language,but it has not been taken seriously by Chinese learners and researchers for a long period,which results in the extremely uneven development of the learners' listening,speaking,reading and writing abilities.With the flourishing development of teaching Chinese as a Second Language(TCSL), Chinese character teaching should be worthy of attention.The paper gives a brief review of Chinese character teaching in TCSL and intends to find some ways to improve the quality of Chinese character teaching through the analysis of the difficulties of foreign learners in learning Chinese.
