开放教育教师智能教学胜任力提升:发展契机、现实困境与实践路径

摘要:

在教育数字化转型重构教育生态的当下,人工智能从“工具存在”向“在场存在”的范式迁移,为开放教育带来发展的机遇与挑战。当前,教育数字化转型为开放教育发展提供了政策导引与技术支持、教学生态革新、终身学习能力驱动。从实践看,开放教育教师智能教学胜任力培育面临数字化理念理解不深、教学方法创新不足、智能技术应用能力欠缺的现实困境,基于此,提出提升开放教育教师智能教学胜任力的实践路径——深化数字化理念认知;构建分层分类的精准化培育体系、创新教学模式;搭建人机协同的智能化实践平台、强化技术应用能力;完善发展性评价与生态支持机制。

Abstract:

In the current situation of digital transformation to reshape the educational ecosystem,the paradigm shift of artificial intelligence from a "tool-being" to a "presence-being" presents both opportunities and challenges for open education. Currently, the digital transformation of education provides policy guidance and technological support, innovation in the teaching ecosystem, and the drive for lifelong learning capabilities for the development of open education. In practice, however, the cultivation of intelligent teaching competence among open education faculty faces challenges such as a superficial understanding of digital concepts, insufficient innovation in teaching methods, and a lack of competency in applying intelligent technologies. Based on this, practical pathways for enhancing intelligent teaching competence in open education faculty are proposed to deepen the understanding of digital concepts,construct a targeted, hierarchical, and classified training system, innovate teaching models, establish intelligent practice platforms for human-machine collaboration, strengthen technological application skills,and improve developmental evaluation and ecological support mechanisms.
