在“十五五”规划开局起步的关键节点,边疆高校肩负着铸牢中华民族共同体意识与服务区域发展的双重使命。立足云南开放大学争创国家民族团结进步示范校的生动实践,深入剖析树立和践行正确政绩观与示范校创建工作的内在逻辑关联,全面梳理学校以正确政绩观引领示范校创建的特色实践,探索出一条由“突击式攻坚”向“内涵式发展”转型的创建新路径,为边疆地区高校开展民族团结进步创建工作提供可复制、可推广的实践范式。

At the critical juncture of the launch of the 15th Five-Year Plan, universities in border regions bear the dual mission of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and serving regional development. An in-depth analysis of the intrinsic logical relationship between establishing and practicing a reasonable view of political achievements and the work of building the model school is conduated based on the practical efforts of Yunnan Open University in striving to become a national model school for national unity and progress. The university's distinctive practices guided by a reasonable view of political achievements in the model school's development are comprehensively reviewed to explore a new pathway for model school construction shifting from a "campaign-style, ad hoc approach" to "connotation-driven development", providing a replicable and scalable practical paradigm for universities in border regions to carry out efforts aimed at national unity and progress.
