内部治理问题是当前制约我国农民专业合作社发展壮大的重要因素。内部治理机制存在严重缺陷的主要由于内部人控制严重、产权不清晰、激励机制不足、外部人控制等原因造成。这些严重地影响了专业合作社的凝聚力、竞争力和对农民的带动作用。应根据农民专业合作社治理机制存在的问题和不足,采取相应的改进措施。
Abstract：The problem of internal governance is an important factor that restricts the development of China's farmer professional cooperation.The serious defect of internal governance mechanism mainly lies in serious internal control by rule of men,unclear property right,deficient incentive mechanism and external control by rule of men,which greatly affects the coagulability,competitive power and driving function of the professional cooperation.Based on the generalization of related theoretic researches and the analysis of related investigation cases,the paper presents the problems of the internal governance of the farmer professional cooperation and proposes some improving measures.
