To precisely relieve the poverty of rural areas is not only the key measure to build a comprehensive well-off society in our country, but also the need for universities to serve the society,realize their own value and connotation development. In terms of precise poverty alleviation, universities have unshirkable responsibilities and obligations. At the same time, colleges and universities also have their own advantages. Colleges and universities should strengthen organizational leadership,strengthen education aid, take advantage of science and technology, strengthen the informatization construction, enhance targeted poverty alleviation effectiveness and other aspects to implement the precise poverty alleviation in rural areas.
