摘要:

在产业融合与技术迭代加速的时代背景下,高职教育作为技术技能人才供给的核心阵地,其跨学科人才培养与终身学习体系的有机衔接既是应对知识经济时代挑战的战略选择,也是实现个人可持续发展与教育现代化转型的必然要求。立足高职跨学科人才培养与终身学习体系的内涵与特点,剖析高职跨学科人才培养与终身学习体系衔接的必要性与互动关系,针对面临着教育体系的结构性障碍、学习者的适应性问题、教育资源与平台的局限性、社会认知不足等方面的挑战,需要从破解高职教育体系的结构性壁垒、构建学习者能力发展支持体系、创新教育资源整合与共享机制、完善社会支持与政策保障体系等方面来进行高职跨学科人才培养与终身学习体系的衔接。推动高职跨学科培养从“阶段性教育”向“终身化赋能”延伸,实现技术技能人才培养与个体终身发展、产业持续升级的同频共振。

Abstract:

In the context of accelerating industrial integration and technological iteration, higher vocational education, as the core base for the supply of technical and skilled talents, the organic connection between its interdisciplinary talent cultivation and lifelong learning system is not only a strategic choice to meet the challenges of the knowledge economy era, but also an inevitable requirement for achieving individual sustainable development and the modernization transformation of education. The necessity and interactive relationship of the connection between interdisciplinary talent cultivation and lifelong learning system in higher vocational education, and the challenges faced in practical operation are analyzed based on the connotation and characteristics of interdisciplinary talent cultivation and lifelong learning system in higher vocational education to propose strategies and suggestions for the connection between interdisciplinary talent cultivation and lifelong learning system in higher vocational education.The aim is to promote the extension of interdisciplinary cultivation in higher vocational education from "phased education" to "lifelong empowerment", and achieve the resonance of technical and skilled talent cultivation with individual lifelong development and continuous industrial upgrading.
